Parsons Paris senior students will work for two intensive weeks with Maison Yves Delorme to explore unexpected creative solutions starting from a white cotton sponge fabric called “tissu éponge de luxe”. Students will reinterpret and redirect the original function of this classic bath fabric, basing their research on the spirit, DNA and identity of the historical luxury brand.
Yves Delorme is a French company founded 170 years ago with a unique expertise in high-end linen, famous for bed and bath collections of exceptional quality. It entered Comité Colbert, the prominent French luxury association, in 2001.
Amaury Fremaux, Chief Executive of Groupe Fremaux Delorme, and Caroline Cooren, Director of Marketing and Communication have welcomed the students in the company showroom and introduced the Ernestine collection and the home production of the other brands related to the group such as Kenzo.
