Among the 200 best international students who had the chance to take part in the Inside LVMH event, 9 students of Parsons Paris selected by the LVMH committee were welcomed in various Maisons of the group such as Louis Vuitton, Givenchy, Dior Couture and Berluti.
Isaiah Cargill (sophomore BFA Fashion Design), Brenda Rodriguez (senior BFA Fashion Design), Alexander Slizeski (senior BFA Fashion Design), Ruben Zamorra-Vargas (junior BFA Fashion Design) and Steven Zorrilla (senior BFA Fashion Design) have also attended a masterclass on the challenges facing the luxury sector. The masterclass with LVMH managers took place at the headquarters of the group located on Avenue Montaigne.
Later, at Fondation Louis Vuitton, students could listen to Bernard Arnault, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of LVMH, who highlighted the importance of cultivating a start-up spirit to be able to innovate in luxury design and management.
A cocktail buffet at the Fondation Louis Vuitton allowed students to exchange more informally with members of the LVMH Human Resources.
